Safety First: We prioritize safety above all else. Our coaches are required to be certified in concussion training, SafeSport, and USA Hockey's Coaching Education Program. We teach proper gear usage and ensure a safe environment for your child to learn and grow.

Professional Coaching: Your child will benefit from full-time USA Hockey Level 5 coaches who are knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about the game of hockey.

Skill Development: From skating techniques to stickhandling, our program covers all aspects of the game, ensuring your child gains the fundamental skills needed to progress into cross-ice hockey.

• Fun and Friendship: Beyond skill development, our program fosters a sense of camaraderie and sportsmanship, helping your child build lasting friendships along the way. We believe in developing well-rounded athletes, focusing not only on on-ice skills but also on teamwork, discipline, and confidence-building.

Equipment:

• Bike helmets or hockey helmets are mandatory and must fit correctly. If your child has a hockey helmet, we recommend using the facemask it comes with.

• Skates should have a snug fit so skaters can appropriately control them. We have rental skates upon request.

• We recommend all skaters to wear elbow and knee pads of any style. The ice is hard!

Clothing:

• Warm clothing that your skater can move freely in will work best.

• Gloves and/or mittens will keep your skater’s hands warm as well as protect them as they learn to fall and stand. Knit gloves work but may get wet.
